Gardaí and emergency services are currently at the scene of a road traffic incident which occurred at a premises on Shop Street, Westport, Mayo today, Thursday, June 6, 2024.
The incident occurred at approximately 11.50am at Supervalu car park in the town centre.
It is believed the elderly woman was struck by a truck.
The car park and supermarket have been closed since the incident occurred.
