Longtime art car artist Joe Haden put in months of effort to revive the sunflower car, which will now be part of the upcoming Art Car Parade.
The restoration of the car is seen as a tribute to the original creator, Tim Young, and others who are no longer with us, with Haden expressing gratitude for the trust placed in him.
