PSNI has 'no doubt' there is 'paramilitary element' in latest Belfast disorder. Police arrested three men after incidents, including car ramming and masked men kicking in doors.
At around 8.45 pm, a car was hijacked by masked men on Fingal Street, as reported to the police.
