Jonathan McConnell collided with a sedan on the freeway. Aaron Harris followed him with his children. The confrontation outside a bar escalated into a fatal shootout.
Harris fatally shot McConnell, who retaliated. Both were found with gunshot wounds. Harris's children were unharmed, but a bystander suffered a gunshot injury.
