Shannon Kobylarczyk grew up in Green Bay as the fourth of five children, developing empathy and patience through family dynamics. Her father worked in medical sales and her mother became an elementary school secretary after being a stay-at-home mom. Sports and reading shaped her childhood interests and curiosity. She spent twelve years in accounting, gaining discipline, attention to detail, and an operational foundation while raising a family with two sons and supporting her spouse. She pursued further professional growth that led to senior legal leadership, maintaining priorities of family, continuous learning, and resilience.
