The data showed that not all managers working remotely were viewed as effective. The bottom quartile score for the least effective managers was 13.7, while the top quartile score was 88.1. If grades were assigned, those bottom quartile managers would be given an 'F' while, on average, those in the top quartile would be given a 'B+'.
