A special edition of Metro Morning will stream live from 6:00–8:30 a.m. ET with performances by Jeremie Albino, TOBi and SHEBAD. CBC's annual holiday campaign provides information and donation options at cbc.ca/kind. Guidance is available on helping fight hunger locally even when direct donations are not possible. More than one million people in Ontario required a food bank in the past year, according to the Hunger Report. Daily Bread Food Bank runs cooking classes to teach clients how to prepare nutritious meals.
