Katherena Vermette, a Michif writer from Métis Nation, Winnipeg, will work with Indigenous and 2SLGBTQIA+ authors at Simon & Schuster Canada.
Vermette's experience as an author and editor will contribute to both fiction and nonfiction for adults and children at the publishing house.
