Sutton man left without urgent NHS letters from Royal Mail for nearly two months
Briefly

Amit Marwaha, a Hackbridge resident, has faced severe delivery issues with Royal Mail, missing crucial NHS letters for his diabetes management and his mother's health. Since April, vital hospital appointment notifications have failed to arrive, leading to health concerns due to untreated conditions. Besides health repercussions, they're also missing important financial documents, raising worries about sensitive information being misdelivered. Despite numerous complaints to Royal Mail about these missing items, promises of resolution remain unfulfilled, exacerbating their frustrations and risking their well-being.
Amit Marwaha expressed deep concern, stating, "She's been missing her appointments. That's what's really stressing me out. I have diabetes, high blood pressure, and I've had a bad infection recently. My mum has diabetes too."
He has received numerous letters meant for others, highlighting a troubling systemic issue with delivery. Amit noted, "I've told the postman so many times, but they just say there's no post for me. I know there is."
