"A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that happened at a commercial plaza in Toronto's east end earlier this month. Toronto police responded to reports of a shooting in the Victoria Park Avenue and Sheppard Avenue E. area just before midnight on Saturday, Sep. 13. Officers located a man inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds, police said. Despite life-saving measures by emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene."
"The victim was identified as 43-year-old Paulin Harusha. A 34-year-old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant turned himself in to police on Monday and has been charged with first-degree murder, police said in a news release Tuesday. Anyone with information about this incident is being asked to contact Toronto police or Crime Stoppers."
