A robbery occurred at Bellagio Jewellers II in Oshawa Centre around 3:45 p.m. Four suspects used bear spray and smashed display cases while a fifth waited in a getaway vehicle. Two suspects were arrested inside the mall, while others fled but were later apprehended with police assistance. Minor injuries were reported due to bear spray exposure. The suspects, including two teenagers, face multiple charges, including robbery and possession of stolen property. All were held for a bail hearing.
