Residents across Northern California experienced significant tremors from the 7.0 earthquake, sharing videos that vividly depicted sloshing pools, swinging light fixtures, and rattling shelves.

Following the tsunami warning that caused panic along the coast, experts from the U.S. Geological Survey cautioned that residents should expect aftershocks for several days.
