Video footage showed an elderly female driver traveling within feet of oncoming traffic in the westbound express lane. CHP and Fairfield police officers coordinated to block traffic and safely pull over the vehicle. Officers determined the driver was confused and disoriented and reunited her with family. Authorities will review her driving status.
