According to KCRA-TV, the suspect appears on video, wearing a mask, shorts, black socks and black flip-flops."
""They're just evil. And there's no other way to describe it," L's owner told KCRA-TV. "... She was just the neighborhood cat that everybody loved. And I think, I don't know who did this, but I'm going to find out who did it." Doorbell video captured the suspect walking up, picking up the dead cat's body and placing it in a plastic bag before walking off."
