"An elderly man and a woman were killed Wednesday night after their vehicle crashed into the center median on Interstate 280 near State Route 85, authorities sad. California Highway Patrol units were dispatched at approximately 8:50 p.m. when they found the vehicle overturned and the passengers unresponsive. CHP Officer Ross Lee said the initial investigation found that the vehicle was traveling southbound before crashing into the wall and ending up in the northbound lanes."
"He added that it was unknown if alcohol played a factor in the crash."
