Police say 'foul play may be involved' of missing woman last seen on Santa Cruz County beach
"APTOS - Local law enforcement officials continue to search for 35-year-old Danielle Staley almost a week after she disappeared from a beach in Aptos. Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Zach West told the Sentinel Wednesday that deputies and detectives continue to actively investigate and pursue leads on information related to Staley's disappearance, which was reported to authorities Nov. 7."
"Staley, who is from Utah, was last seen around 11:23 p.m. Nov. 6 in the company of an unknown group of people on Rio Del Mar State Beach, according to West. Her belongings were found on the beach and she has not been in contact with her family, which is uncharacteristic behavior that has raised the level of alarm. "New information indicates she may be at risk, and foul play may be involved," police said in a statement."
