Then, the 34-year-old Newark woman allegedly attempted to run over a security guard who tried to stop her, driving a 2014 Nissan Altima at the guard as he attempted to make a citizen's arrest, according to police."
"Police located the suspect at her Newark apartment the following day and brought the security guard so that he could identify her. Judge Kevin Wong released the woman at her Dec. 19 court appearance but ordered her to stay away from the alleged victim and all Walmart stores, court records show. She is next due in court on Jan. 22."

Police located the suspect at her Newark apartment the following day and brought the security guard to identify her. Court records show she now faces a felony assault charge in addition to a misdemeanor theft count. Judge Kevin Wong released her at a Dec. 19 court appearance with orders to stay away from the alleged victim and all Walmart stores. Her next court date is Jan. 22.
