A wildfire in Clearlake, Northern California, known as the Boyles Fire, has prompted mandatory evacuations, threatening multiple structures as it quickly expands.
The Boyles Fire, which ignited behind an apartment complex, has burned at least 76 acres and is affecting approximately 30 structures in the area.
Cal Fire confirmed mandatory evacuation orders in Clearlake, impacting various zones around the southeastern shore of Clear Lake, in response to the fire's growth.
With approximately 9,077 customers underwater, PG&E reported widespread power outages in Clearlake and surrounding areas due to the advancing wildfire.
