Julian Rico Santana, 26, is wanted for allegedly shooting two men at a party in East Palo Alto on October 14, 2018. He reportedly fled to Mexico immediately after the incident. The shooting resulted in the deaths of Eduardo "Lalo" Sandoval, 22, and Mario Vidales Mendez, 23, with two others injured. A $20,000 reward was offered for information leading to his arrest. Santana was apprehended with the help of U.S. Marshals and is scheduled for a court appearance today.
