More than 40 employees accused Corpus in two investigatory reports. Corpus called the firing process unconstitutional, corrupt and fundamentally unfair and asked California Attorney General Rob Bonta to intervene. The Board of Supervisors can meet within 24 hours of receiving Emerson's report under Measure A.
