Little is known about the whale, such as its age, sex, body condition or why it swam into Morro Bay, but the Marine Mammal Center assured it doesn't appear in distress.
Typically, these whales after a few days of exploring will make their way back out and continue their journey, and so we often just try to keep an eye on and let them do their thing.
