Garbage truck catches fire, causes closure of I-680 lanes near Hwy 242 split in Concord

A garbage truck caught fire on northbound Interstate 680 near the northbound Highway 242 split, causing visible black smoke.

The incident led to the shutdown of all northbound lanes at the split and later the far two left southbound lanes.
