Nathaniel Radimak, 39, was arrested in Hawaii following a series of allegations similar to his previous violent acts in Southern California. He reportedly assaulted an 18-year-old woman and her mother during a road rage incident. Prior to this, Radimak had a history of violence on the road, including threats made with a pipe, and faced multiple charges stemming from these incidents. Despite being sentenced to five years in prison, he was paroled after serving less than a year and subsequently faced further legal issues, including driving violations in Hawaii.
Radimak is accused of getting out of the vehicle and assaulting the woman and her 35-year-old mother before fleeing the scene, police said.
Radimak, who was convicted of two bouts of pipe-wielding road rage in Southern California, was sentenced to five years in prison in September 2023 for criminal threats and stalking.
He was charged with four counts of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury, four counts of criminal threats and one felony count of vandalism.
Radimak was cited in January 2023 in Hawaii for driving without a valid driver's license and speeding more than 30 mph over the speed limit.
