Police are also revealing new details, saying a massive party was underway when Berkeley Fire responded Friday night. Authorities estimate more than 300 people were at the Alpha Delta Phi house off of Prospect Street at the time of the drowning."

The two-story house is a block off Piedmont Avenue and a representative said the fraternity is cooperating with police and university officials.
