Body found in estuary identified as woman killed by son-in-law, California cops say
Briefly

California police used DNA testing to confirm the body found in an Alameda/Oakland estuary on Sept. 30 belonged to Que Tran, the mother-in-law of the man charged with murder.
Although Que Tran's body has been identified, the remains of Tho Ly, Tran's daughter, are still missing.
Phuc Vo was charged with murder after reporting his wife and mother-in-law missing, with evidence suggesting his direct involvement in their disappearance and killings.
Vo, held without bail, is set to appear in court on May 17 regarding the murder charges.
