Better watch out, California Highway Patrol will be out in force this holiday season
Briefly

"This time of year is about celebrating with family and friends, but it's also a time when traffic incidents increase due to poor driving decisions," said CHP Commissioner Sean Duryee.
"Last year during the 78 hours of the holiday maximum enforcement period, twenty motorists died on California roadways patrolled by the CHP," said CHP officials.
"During the same enforcement period, patrol officers arrested more than 900 motorists suspected of driving under the influence," according to CHP statistics.
