"In court Wednesday, Judge William J. Pendergast sentenced Robison to 15-years-to-life in prison on the second degree murder charge and found that the defense had failed to establish a prima facia claim under the Racial Justice Action motion. In addition, the judge sentenced him to a consecutive term of 25-years-to-life in prison for the personal use of a gun enhancement, bringing Robinson's total agragate sentence to 40-years-to-life in prison."
A 28-year-old Vacaville man was convicted of second-degree murder for the February 14, 2025 fatal shooting of Ceri Anne Granger in Vallejo. Pendergast sentenced the defendant to 15-years-to-life for second-degree murder and a consecutive 25-years-to-life for the firearm enhancement, totaling 40-years-to-life.
