
"A driver who fatally hit a 66-year-old woman with a vehicle last year has been charged with vehicular manslaughter with ordinary negligence, authorities said Thursday. Richmond resident Donna Revecho died on Dec. 4 from the injuries she suffered in the Nov. 15 collision. The car hit her about 2:20 p.m. on San Pablo Avenue, at Waldo Avenue. She had been out for a walk. A medical helicopter airlifted her to the trauma center at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, where she remained until she died."
"Police said the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated and that there were no signs of drugs or alcohol use. Police have been continuing the investigation since then."
