Seffens said the driver, a woman, was the only person in the car and stayed on the scene, "cooperating" with investigators."
"Four people with moderate to major injuries were taken to a local hospital, and two people were treated at the scene, Paul Lowenthal, a spokesperson for the Santa Rosa Fire Department told SFGATE. Officials have not released the ages of those injured, but Lowenthal said one was a child. Seffens said there was "significant damage" and that the store will be closed at least for the remainder of the day."
