Three people were found dead from gunshot wounds inside an apartment in the Sacramento suburb of Carmichael after a 911 call about a concerned family member. Deputies observed bullet holes in the front of the residence when they arrived. It is unclear whether the shots were fired inside the unit, outside, or both. The victims have not been identified and investigators do not know whether all victims lived in the unit.
