Flying in business class with Air New Zealand felt like indulging in luxury with lounge access and elegant bedding, making the journey more enjoyable and comforting.
Conversely, the experience in United's economy class, although practical, lacked many of the perks. Free earbuds were a nice touch but couldn't compete with the fully-equipped amenities of business class.
