Global SMEs show resilience and optimism as Alibaba.com sees near 70% rise in super September orders

Despite the positive outlook, SMEs are wary of inflation, marketing challenges, and supply chain disruptions, which remain significant hurdles. 38% cite inflation as their top concern.
Over half of SMEs are utilizing online B2B marketplaces for innovation. 52% are sourcing through platforms like Alibaba.com, highlighting the shift toward digital solutions.
Kuo Zhang noted, 'Our research shows a strong optimism among SMEs as they embrace digital sourcing and seek to innovate their product lines, particularly through AI.'
