The new format updates the previous model at the yearly gathering, which was based on a half-day business development Workshop followed by Conference speakers. At the 2025 CTA Conference, the Workshop included a record 1,200 meetings. The 2026 Annual Workshop will see an increase in the number of one-to-one appointments between buyer and supplier members, aimed at developing coach tourism product."

The Buyer Workshop will feature a full day of business-development meetings between CTA buyer members (coach tour operators and wholesalers) and supplier members (attractions and hotels). The format expands networking beyond the previous half-day Workshop and Conference speakers model, increasing one-to-one appointments to develop coach tourism products. The 2025 Workshop recorded 1,200 meetings, and organisers plan another record rise in meetings for 2026. The Buyer Workshop will take place at the Everglades Hotel, with accommodation at Ebrington and Everglades Hotels.
