Joby Aviation Inc. aims to start commercial services of its battery-powered air taxis in Dubai from late next year, pending certifications by the US Federal Aviation Administration and other regulators.
CEO JoeBen Bevirt stated plans for groundbreaking on infrastructure in Dubai, first flights in the first half of the next year, and commercialization in the back half of the year.
