Paramount Skydance will require employees to return to in-person work five days a week beginning January 5, 2026. Employees are to work remotely from December 1 to January 2 to allow New York and Los Angeles offices to be prepared for the influx. Staff at the Times Square and Hollywood offices were instructed to clean and pack belongings for storage by November 21. Most teams will remain in current areas, though some teams will move floors so everyone has a dedicated workspace. About 600 employees accepted severance after declining the policy, and roughly 1,000 staff were laid off in late October.
