Nominate a South Florida Top Workplace for 2026
"Great workplaces don't happen by accident. They are nurtured and built to bring out the best in people. If you know of one, nominate it as a Top Workplace in South Florida."
"There is no cost to participate. To qualify as a South Florida Top Workplace, employees evaluate their workplace using a short 26-question survey that takes just a few minutes to complete. Companies will be surveyed through mid-January."
"Energage, the Pennsylvania-based research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 65 markets nationwide and surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the past year."
""Earning a Top Workplaces award is a celebration of excellence," said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. "It serves as a reminder of the vital role a people-first workplace experience plays in achieving success.""
Great workplaces are nurtured and built to bring out the best in people. Sun Sentinel will honor outstanding workplace culture in South Florida for the 12th year, with awards presented in May 2026. Any organization with 35 or more employees in the region is eligible to compete, including public, private, nonprofit, schools, and government agencies. Anyone may submit a nomination before the Oct. 24 deadline at SunSentinel.com/nominate or by calling 954-666-0786. Participation is free and employee feedback determines winners via a 26-question survey administered through mid-January. Energage conducts the surveys nationwide and surveyed over 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations last year. In 2025, 7,000 organizations were invited and 126 earned recognition.
