I've worked in DEI for a decade, it won't survive beyond 2025
Briefly

It's time to reimagine what DEI looks like in America. Corporate DEI must evolve from a siloed department to an integrated, cross-functional project to transform organizational cultures effectively.
The current corporate approach to DEI, while admirable, has continually come up short. With increasing scrutiny, DEI programs may not survive beyond 2025 or 2030.
None of the issues necessitating DEI policies are disappearing soon, with a history of legalized slavery, generational trauma, economic racism, and increasing diversity in the workplace.
By 2045, the non-white population in America will exceed the white population, highlighting the urgent need for effective DEI strategies in the workplace.
