EisnerAmper merged MLCworks, a Metairie, Louisiana-based digital marketing and growth advisory firm, in a deal that closed earlier this month. MLCworks provides strategic planning, brand development, media strategy, digital advertising, sales enablement, custom website design and development, search engine optimization, and online reputation management for health care, legal, retail, home improvement, nonprofit, and other sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. EisnerAmper has 475 partners and about 4,700 staff; MLCworks has approximately seven employees. EisnerAmper's Eisner Advisory Group ranked No. 15 on Accounting Today's Top 100 Firms of 2025. The firms emphasized a shared focus on data-driven insights and a holistic approach to client needs.
