Chang joined Berkshire Hathaway Energy in October 2024, previously worked as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the energy practice, and has 34 years of experience across accounting, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and sustainability. Abel grew Berkshire Hathaway Energy into a broad portfolio of utilities, pipelines, natural gas plants, and wind and solar farms and has served as vice-chairman of non-insurance operations since 2018.
