Anne Marie Darling and Craig Bright have been appointed as group co-COOs of Barclays, replacing Alistair Currie. They will also serve as co-CEOs of Barclays execution services. Darling joined Barclays after a 25-year career at Goldman Sachs, where she was a partner for 12 years. Bright has been with Barclays since 2020 as group chief information officer. Currie leaves Barclays to pursue a board portfolio career after nearly eight years, having led corporate banking.
