Nic Claxton is off to the strongest offensive start of his seven-year career, averaging 15.2 points and 3.7 assists through 11 games. His field-goal percentage has climbed to 61.5%, ranking 10th in the league, while his two-point conversion rate is 64%. Claxton is converting as a finisher, cutter and roll man and is showing increased aggressiveness driving to the rim after adding new moves. His free-throw shooting improved to a career-best 73.6% following offseason work on his body and shot. Coaching staff praise his energy and consistency while urging sustained production over a full season.
