The Brooklyn Nets have signed coach Jordi Fernandez and his staff to multiyear contract extensions. The team finished the season with a 20-62 record and has a 46-118 record under Fernandez over two seasons. The organization believes Fernandez is the right leader for their young team, which includes five first-round rookies from the 2025 draft. General manager Sean Marks praised Fernandez for his leadership, player development focus, and strong communication. Terms of the contract extension were not disclosed.
