Eden Atias, 31, of Brooklyn, now faces charges including aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child related to the Oct. 28 attack caught on video, according to the NYPD.
Atias snatched a man's phone and chucked it in the water - and now she faces a grand larceny charge, police said.
Brooklyn has seen a number of similar hate crimes since Oct. 7. On Friday, a woman lobbed a hot coffee at a dad wearing a keffiyeh, a Palestinian scarf, with his son. And in late October, two men were accused of shouting anti-Palestinian and anti-Muslim remarks before attacking an Egyptian teen.
