"We often don't hear about the amazing fathers that do come out to support their children and do everything they can for their families," Dr. John said. "What we're doing is elevating the men who are doing just that. We see them, we feel them and we appreciate them."
The dance, held at Restoration Plaza in Bedford Stuyvesant, was a moment to dress up, have fun and acknowledge the importance of family.
