The predator approached the preteen around 5:45 p.m. in the stairwell of the Cooper Houses building on Morgan Avenue near Jackson Street in Williamsburg, according to authorities and sources."
"He ordered her to bend over as made his disturbing intentions clear, the sources said. He then raped the girl, only fleeing when another person appeared in the stairwell, according to the sources. The young victim was taken to a local area hospital, where she is listed in stable condition. The attacker - who was still on the loose Friday - is described as a man in his 20s with distinctive gold-tipped dreadlocks, last seen wearing a black T-shirt, the sources said."
