Despite recently showing interest in the Brooklyn Borough President position, Parker is now officially listed as a candidate for the city's Comptroller, according to the Campaign Finance Board.
Parker's bid for comptroller comes amid distraction, as he is currently entangled in a civil sexual assault lawsuit, which he fervently denies.
In the mix for the comptroller race, Parker faces competition from notable city officials like Brooklyn City Councilman Justin Brannan and Queens Assembly Member Jenifer Rajkumar.
