South Brooklyn Health, formerly known as Coney Island Hospital, is preparing for the opening of their new building named after former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in early May 2023.Svetlana Lipyanskaya, CEO of South Brooklyn Health, says the health center began the long project of making upgrades after suffering severe damage during Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
