Founded in 1974, Indoor Outdoor Gardener in Bay Ridge marked its 50th year, established by Helena De Paolo and late husband Peter, who shared a passion for indoor plants and hydroponics.
In 1990, the store made history as the pioneer hydroponic store in the tri-state area.
