Q Train Service Changes Begin This Weekend In Brooklyn And Manhattan

Q train service will be suspended between Prospect Park and 34th Street-Herald Square starting this weekend due to necessary track replacement, according to the MTA.
Each weekend until February 3, Q trains will not operate between select stations, with a free shuttle bus service being provided for affected riders during the suspension.
Weekday overnight Q train service will also be limited, impacting routes from Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center to 34th Street-Herald Square from 11:45 p.m. until 5 a.m.
Riders needing overnight service between Manhattan and Brooklyn are advised to utilize the N or D trains while the Q train service is disrupted.
