Police in Borough Park are seeking the public's assistance in identifying two men connected to a series of violent robberies, including a pistol-whipping incident. On August 23, an 18-year-old was attacked, resulting in a severe injury to his head, during the theft of his scooter. The suspects then proceeded to commit another robbery, reportedly stealing a woman's purse, during which she sustained cuts to her body, highlighting the dangerous nature of the suspects' crime spree.
According to the NYPD, the first incident occurred at the corner of 55th Street and 9th Avenue where the 18-year-old was attacked. The police have reported an alarming pattern of violence in these robberies, emphasizing the need for community vigilance.
